SHILLONG, April 15: BK Bajoria School recorded a strong performance in the CBSE Class X Board Examinations, with 23 out of 80 students scoring above 90%. Another 37 students secured marks above 80%, while 18 scored above 70%.
Somanshu Mudoi emerged as the school topper with 98.2 per cent, followed by Calvin Koijam (97.4%) and Abhipsha Bhardwaj (97.2%). Overall, 79 students obtained first division marks.
The school recorded high distinction counts across subjects, including 75 in English, 58 in Social Science, 50 in Hindi, 38 in Science, and 27 in Mathematics. In skill-based subjects, 28 out of 29 students secured distinctions in Artificial Intelligence, while 49 out of 51 achieved distinctions in Health Care. Students also recorded full marks in Science (1), Social Science (2), and Health Care (1). Principal Vandana Gupta congratulated the students, teachers, and parents, attributing the success to consistent hard work and discipline.
Meanwhile, BDW International School’s founding batch achieved a 100 per cent pass rate in its first-ever CBSE Class 10 Board Examination.
Krishiv Choudhury emerged as the school topper with 94.4%, followed by Kashvin Ishan Kashyap with 92.6%. All students except one were placed in the first division.
The school management stated that the result reflects the institution’s commitment to academic excellence and its vision of nurturing disciplined, future-ready individuals.
