Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan has confirmed that he will marry his partner Gauri Spratt on July 5, putting an end to speculation surrounding their wedding plans. Speaking from the United States, Aamir confirmed reports that the couple will have an intimate ceremony next month.
This will be Aamir’s third marriage. He was previously married to film producer Reena Dutta from 1986 to 2002, with whom he has two children, Junaid and Ira Khan.
He later married filmmaker Kiran Rao in 2005, and although they separated in 2021, they continue to co-parent their son, Azad. Aamir publicly introduced Spratt during promotions for his 2025 film Sitaare Zameen Par, revealing that they had been together for over a year. The actor said they had known each other for 25 years but reconnected about 18 months ago after meeting unexpectedly in Mumbai. Spratt, who is from Bengaluru and has a son from a previous marriage, works in the wellness and beauty sector. Their relationship developed naturally after they renewed contact, Aamir had said.
