IMPPA President Abhay Shinha has said the controversy surrounding Ranveer Singh’s reported exit from Don 3 will be resolved within the producers’ body after FWICE withdrew its non-cooperation directive against the actor.
Speaking to ANI, Shinha alleged that FWICE imposed the ban without consulting the Indian Motion Picture Producers’ Association (IMPPA).
He said IMPPA subsequently wrote to FWICE, asserting that the matter should be handled by the producers’ association and requesting the withdrawal of the directive.
According to Shinha, FWICE agreed with IMPPA’s stand and lifted the ban.
He expressed confidence that the producers’ body would settle the matter amicably, describing it as a small issue and emphasizing the need to maintain harmony within the film industry. (ANI)
