SHILLONG: Nongkrem MDC H.S Shylla has filed a police complaint after miscreants have demanded in social media (Facebook) that the MDC should be eliminated.
Shylla, in his complaint said that a news item that appeared in a local newspaper on February 20 under the caption ‘Mynjur ka KHADC ban tih uranium ka UCIL na South West Khasi Hills ba ai Surok Wahkaji-Mawthabah’ (KHADC allows UCIL to mine uranium at South West Khasi Hills for the road project to Wahkaji) had put his life in jeopardy, since someone on Facebook has demanded that he should be eliminated.
