NONGSTOIN: A sensitization programme on “School Safety Plan and School Mock Drill” for principal and teachers of schools and colleges of Mairang town was organized by Meghalaya Administrative Training Institute,(MATI), Meghalaya Shillong in collaboration with the Office of the Sub Divisional Officer Mairang (Civil) Sub Division and District Disaster Management Authority ,(DDMA), Nongstoin on May 12. The objective of the training programme was to acquaint the teachers and school authorities with the various aspect of school safety.
