Sand for auction
The Deputy Commissioner of West Jaintia Hills District has informed that the seized sand of 3.57m3 in metric tons lying at Jowai Reserve Complex, Jowai will be put up for auction on November 29 at 11am in the office chamber of the Deputy Commissioner. Interested parties may accordingly inspect the sand at Jowai Police Reserve complex. The reserved price of the said sand is fixed at Rs. 90/m3appended with 5% applicable GST tariff.
