SHILLONG: The Seemanta Chetana Mancha, National Border Area NGO has formed at Dalu, West Garo Hills on Saturday with objectives to volunteer for the cause of residents of border areas and their issues.
The organisation has also elected its office bearers with Wefstar D Shira as president, Ejikel S Marak as vice president, Edian M Marak as general secretary beside others.
