SELSELLA: The Anti-Corruption and Human Development Organisation (ACHDO) had objected the construction of pucca road from Bholarbhita to Kaplar-bhita.The coordinator of the ACHDO Jahingir Ali inspected the roads and found that it was made with two layers of construction material and not three. The breadth of the road was short and the quality was unsatisfactory.
The general secretary of ACHDO Ashidur Sheikh with the help of the residents halted the construction work for a day which was again started forcibly on the next day.
The ACHDO urged the government to take up faultless projects and not let contractors put easy money into their pockets.
