Rlys to have electronic security system soon

New Delhi: The Railways on Friday said it is in the process of having an integrated security system for electronic surveillance at vulnerable stations to ensure security and safety to passengers.

“We are implementing an electronic security system. This is going to be implemented soon,” Railway Minister Dinesh Trivedi said in Rajya Sabha during Question Hour.

He was answering questions on measures taken by the Railways to provide security and safety to passengers.

The integrated security system will consist of electronic surveillance of vulnerable stations. (PTI)
