JOWAI: The Unitarian Church, Jowai is celebrating the 125th anniversary this year. The church is going to organize a yearlong programe starting from June 15, which coincides with the 147 birth anniversary of H.K. Singh Lyngdoh Nongbri ka pioneer of Unitarianism in the region.
The yearlong Quasqui Centenary Celebration will be launch by Prof R.C.Laloo minister education etc government of Meghalaya at function which will be held in the church premises. The celebration which will start from the 15, will continue till the 9 and 10 of February 2013.
