Over the last month, there have been many rumors from knife pulling incidents to breakups. The band and management have always managed to squash the rumors, but it seems that now the band has moved on, and without frontman Geoff Tate.

In a statement issued, Queensryche stated:

“Over the past few months, there have been growing creative differences within Queensryche. We want our fans to know that we hoped to find a common resolution, but in the end parting ways with Geoff was the best way for everyone to move forward in a positive direction. We wish him the best of luck with all of his future endeavors. We can’t wait to bring Queensryche to our fans with Todd behind the microphone.”

Queensryche have already hired a replacement vocalist, Todd La Torre from Crimson Glory.

The band also stated that all tour dates are canceled and the band is currently working on a new tour and hope to have an announcement shortly. (Agencies)
