Olympic Day 2012 observed in the city

Working President of MSOA, RG Lyngdoh while flagging off the fun walk and run (non-competition) at Madan Iewrynghep in the city. The Meghalaya State Olympic Association in  collaboration  with  the  Directorate  of  Sports  &  Youth  Affairs  and  the  District  Sports  Officers on Saturday observed the Olympic Day 2012 in all the seven districts of the state. In Shillong, inspite of bad weather, over 1000 participants took part in the fun walk and run (non-competition) which was flagged off by Working President of MSOA, RG Lyngdoh. (ST)
