Shillong: State-owned Pawan Hans Helicopters Ltd. would resume its service from Thursday in the state after a gap of 15 months. To mark the resumption of the service, Chief Minister Dr Mukul Sangma would Thursday fly by twin-engine Pawan Hans helicopter to Shillong from Guwahati.
