SHILLONG: After the success of Shillong Public Transport Service (SPTS) and Shillong Supplementary Public Transport Service (SSPTS), the Urban Affairs department will launch the Shillong Special Transport System (SSTS) for school students and office goers on Thursday morning at Don Bosco square. Initially, fifteen buses would be launched by the Urban Affairs Minister Ampareen Lyngdoh in presence of other officials.
