The manager of the tea garden and his wife are the other two persons who were in the bungalow when the mob attacked. The tea estate was plagued by some problems related to tea workers for the past few weeks. The dispute aggravated during the last few days after the garden management had served a quit notice to 10 labourers two days ago and asked them to vacate their residential quarters.
