The refreshing sight of victory was full to the brim at a garbage bin constructed in front of the public pay and use toilet at Polo Grounds on the day of counting votes for the Assembly Elections. The irony is that the day was supposedly marked as a ‘dry day’ and only showed the glaring leniency on part of enforcing authorities to put a seal on the cork.
