SHILLONG: Manipur beat Mizoram 4-3 in a penalty shootout at the JN Stadium, Polo to win the Dr. T Ao football tournament here on Wednesday.
In a thrilling final, the scores were levelled at 1-1 at the end of extra time, taking the match to penalty shootouts.
Despite the fact that the hosts were not in action, the summit clash saw a good crowd turnout.
