The BSF gives away a power tiller during a Civic Action Programme in Bholaganj in East Khasi Hills on Thursday. The programme was chaired by Sh. Sudesh Kumar, IPS IG BSF Meghalaya. Apart from the tiller, utensils, balnkets etc. were also distributed.
