SHILLONG: The KSU Education Cell has expressed its concern over the delay in releasing the list of the students who have been selected for the MBBS seats under State quota.

“The delay to release the list by the State Government would greatly affect the students who are aspiring to pursue their MBBS degree,” KSU Education Secretary Donald V Thabah stated in a statement issued here on Tuesday.

He said that this delay would also affect the students from the State since the medical institutions in various parts of the country have already commenced their classes for this academic session.

“We would urge the Government to take measures to see that the list is released at the earliest for the overall interests of the students from the State,” Thabah added.
