School bus service launched

 JOWAI: As part of their community service responsibilities (CSR), the Adhunik Cement Limited- a subsidiary of Dalmia Bharat Cement at Thangskai village in East Jaintia Hills district launched a school bus service for students of Narpuh. The bus will operate from Lumshnong to Khliehriat. The Additional Deputy Commissioner, East Jaintia Hills, RS Manner was the chief guest during the launching of the vehicle at the premises of the cement plant on Friday. The bus will render free service to students travelling from the villages in Narpuh area from Lumshnong to Khliehriat.
