Rangdajied maul Pohkseh

SHILLONG: Rangdajied United swept Pohkseh away with a comprehensive 5-1 win in their Imperial Blue Shillong Premier League encounter on Thursday to secure their tenth straight win in as many matches. Bansharai Sunn’s double strike teamed with contributions from Bishorlang Kharumnuid, Hiralal Chetri and Sandesh Gadkari allowed the table toppers a comfortable win as they took a walk in the park against minnows Pohkseh.

Rangdajied displayed domination as they pummeled the promoted side 5-1 after a solid three-goal lead at half time. For Pohkseh, Sanset Koirang scored a consolation goal in the 75th minute while his team was trailing by four goals.

Bansharai Sunn scored in the 39th and 89th minutes while the other scorers were Bishorlang Kharumnuid (31), Hiralal Chetri (41) and Sandesh Gadkari (47).
