While the Shillong Chamber Choir will be the tagline of the event, Serenity choir, Mizo Presbyterian Choir and Ameu Usou and Choir from Nagaland have confirmed their participation in the festival.
Ian Khongmen asserted that the festival is being organised in the best spirit of peace, joy and hope and to promote some positive affect on the city.
The festival would also be an attraction to the number of tourists who visit the state during vacations.
The event will be organised at the State Central Library from  7 pm and the entry is free.
In addition, a giant Christmas tree of 17 feet would also be put up at the venue to add a Christmas mood in the festival.
