SHILLONG: The City police on Tuesday rearrested Jerry Maya Lamare (18), an Under Trial Prisoner (UTP) who managed to escape from the Shillong court on January 11. East Khasi hills SP (city) Vivek Syiem informed that Lamare was arrested on Tuesday from Mawlonghat. The UTP had earlier been arrested in connection several cases for pick.
