NFU beat TNT Sputnik

SHILLONG: NFU defeated TNT Sputnik by six wickets in a league match of the SCA Super Division Cricket League at the Cricket Ground, Polo on Friday.
Sputnik were all out for 143 in 39 overs after they elected to bat first.
Anzar Ali top scored with 47 of 70 balls, while Biswajeet Das Gupta with figures of 5/15 of his eight overs was the pick of the bowlers for NFU.
A half century by Krishanlal Sharma (51 of 85 balls) and a steady 49 runs of 37 balls by Kamal took NFU to 147/6 in 32 overs. Anzar Ali garbbed two wickets giving away 19 runs in seven overs.
