General observer for Nongstoin arrives

NONGSTOIN: Raghuveer Singh Meena, IAS General Observer for 32-Nongstoin, 31- Mawthadraishan 33- Rambrai Jyrngam and 34-Mawshynrut ACs has arrived at Nongstoin West Khasi Hills to oversee the smooth conduct of the Lok Sabha Election 2014.

Meena will be keeping a vigilant eye over all the parties including Independent candidates. His duty entails to put a check on the violation of the model code of conduct and any other forms of mal- practices during the conduct of the polls.

The General Observer is lodged at the Nongstoin Circuit House (Nongkhnum room). Any Candidate , election agents or public desiring to contact in relation to the forthcoming election may visit him or contact 08575405967 from 5PM to 6PM.
