SHILLONG: Phlang Mawsyrpat Lade FC became the second team to qualify for the semifinals of the 1st Meghalaya Invitation Local Football Tournament, organised by the Pay For Right Youth and Cultural Club, at Malki Ground on Tuesday.

In an engaging contest, the players of Phlang Mawsyrpat won the last-eight contest 3-0.

They will take on Demseiniong SC, who qualified for the last-four on Monday, in the semifinal round.

The next quarterfinal will be betwen Nohron FC and Mawlai Kynton Massar Frenz Utd at 3:00pm.
