SHILLONG: On May 20 at about 12:20 pm, one vehicle (ML-05K-5670) driven by one Bashanbor Kharumnuid (24) knocked down one minor boy Kyrshanbor Wahlang (9) at Bhoirymbong, Shillong By-Pass road (RB). The victim sustained injuries and was shifted to Civil Hospital Shillong. Police have detained the vehicle along with the driver at Umroi PIC.
