UMSNING: A 220 metre cemented motorable approach road built under the Construction of Rural Roads Programme (CRRP) scheme at Mawiapbang under Umsning Constituency was inaugurated by local legislator Celestine Lyngdoh on Thursday. The road was constructed at a cost of Rs 2.5 lakh.
