Training prog under CMCGS inaugurated

NONGPOH: The office of the Deputy Commissioner, Ri Bhoi District on Wednesday inaugurated the Free Training on Integrated Training programme under the Chief Minister’s Career Guidance Scheme at Ri Bhoi College.

The training programme scheduled to run for two months was inaugurated by the Ri Bhoi District DC, Dr. Pooja Pandey who was the chief guest of the programme.

The two-month training programme started from December 4 will end by the month of January 2015.

The programme also witnessed participation of over 100 students and local youths of the district.

Addressing the gathering on the occasion as the chief guest, Pandey informed that, the training programme which is monitored under the CMCG scheme is mainly focused to enlighten the participating youths of the programme on different examination including Staff Selection Commission, CAT and other examinations.

She also informed that, the participating youths will not need to pay for attending this training programme for its is fully sponsored by the state government as it is mainly aimed to enlighten and make the youths aware and to equip them before they would take up any of these examination.
