Christina Aguilera debuts baby picture online
Singer Christina Aguilera has shared the first photo of her five-month-old baby girl, Summer Rain Rutler, on Twitter. Aguilera, 34, welcomed Summer with her fiance Matt Rutler in August, last year. Since then, she has been working on her new album and preparing for season 8 of ‘The Voice’, where she will appear as a coach, reported Us magazine. “Watch out… Another one’s getting ready to conquer the world! driven diva2,” she captioned the photo of her little girl in a hot pink dress and white frilled diaper that had ‘Lil Diva’ stitched onto the back. Aguilera is also mother to seven-year-old son Max with her ex-husband Jordan Bratman. (PTI)
Frank Ocean pays musical tribute to Aaliyah
Rapper Frank Ocean has paid tribute to Aaliyah on her birth anniversary by sharing his version of her song ‘At Your Best (You Are Love)’ on Tumblr. Aaliyah died at the age of 22 of drug overdose. It was her 36th anniversary on January 16, reported Aceshowbiz. The soulful cover highlights Ocean’s falsetto. Over the piano keys, Ocean, 27, sings, “But at your best you are love/ You’re a positive motivating force within my life/ Should you ever feel the need to wonder why/ Let me know, let me know.” ‘At Your Best (You Are Love)’ was originally a 1976 song by The Isley Brothers. Whitney Houston’s family slams TV biopic
Singer Whitney Houston’s sister-in-law has slammed the singer’s upcoming Lifetime biopic. The singer’s sister-in-law, Pat Houston, has released a statement on the late singer’s website telling fans to “brace yourself for the worst”, reported Deadline. “We have dealt with her every emotion from the day she was born until the day she died, which gives us absolute position and absolute authority as a family to feel the way we do about her legacy,” she wrote. “We matter. We’re still here. Why wasn’t there a call to myself, Gary, Cissy or even her daughter? “As we once again enter a season of bereavement and the strategic timing so close to the anniversary of Whitney’s death, this is a disappointment that any of us who loved her could do without.”(PTI)
