Barlow M Lyngdoh, retired under secretary, Government of Meghalaya and ex-government pleader, Ri Bhoi and a resident of MawlaI Iewrynghep passed away on March 3. His funeral will be held on March 5 at Mawlai Presbyterian Church cemetery.
