SHILLONG: A 15-year-old girl was allegedly abducted and sexually assaulted in Nongrah on April 5.
Police said that on April 5 at around 9 pm, one Ricost Lyngdoh Kyllang abducted the 15-year-old girl from Nongrah Dongmarboh, Shillong and sexually assaulted her.
