It will share the flavours and tastes developed by the rural and urban cooks to mark a remarkable fusion for the audiences comprising government heads, NESAFS, and others.
These tastes have been developed through this unique alliance and have been worked upon in the Mei- Ramew Café in the villages of Meghalaya. Ms. Plantina from Khweng, Ri Bhoi District, Meghalaya, will become the voice of the 15 cooks who have been preparing the menu.
