Paper leak: WGH DC awaits final report

SHILLONG: West Garo Hills Deputy Commissioner Pravin Bakshi is awaiting the formal report from the Joint Director, Education on the recent leakage of SSLC Test exam question papers in Garo Hills.
An inquiry team of SSLC Test Board in its preliminary report had mentioned that the Headmaster of Rajabala Girls Secondary School, Rafiqual Haque, was involved in the leakage.
“The principal came and met me and denied his involvement in the incident. He also said that the inquiry was not done properly,” Bakshi said.
The DC said he was likely to get the formal report by Tuesday.
Meanwhile, the headmaster of Rajabala Girls Secondary School, Rafiqual Haque, has denied the allegations against him.
In a statement he claimed that he had never confessed to his involvement in the crime as alleged by the secretary, Test Board.
