Man goes missing for 6 months

JOWAI: A man identified as Riki Phawa (29) resident of Kyndongtuber in West Jaintia Hills has reportedly gone missing since August, 24 last year from his village.
According to his uncle, Drak Phawa, his nephew is a truck driver cum helper and he has the habit of leaving home for quite a long time. “For the last six months, he did not visit us and we lodged a missing complaint with the police at Phramer Traffic Cell”, he said.
As per sources,police recovered an unclaimed male body hanging on a tree at Lumshnong. East Jaintia Hills Police informed the relative of Riki Phawa to identify the cloths which they  preserved.
