SHILLONG: An abandoned bag kept at IGP point on Thursday triggered panic prompting the bomb disposal squad to cordon off the area resulting in traffic snarl.         After being informed about the abandoned bag the bomb disposal squad rushed to the spot and cordoned off the area. However, only some clothes were found in the bag, police said.   Vehicular movement was affected for some time as the police had to divert the traffic.
