SHILLONG: Unknown miscreants burnt down a drilling machine valued around Rs 20,000 at Lumnongrim in Umsning, Ri-Bhoi. A complaint in this regard was lodged by Project Manager, Survey Railway Project, Atanu Santra on February 25. Ri-Bhoi SP, GD Kharwanlang informed that the matter is under enquiry.
