SHILLONG: Police have arrested two persons for alleged raping a 14-year-old girl. A woman lodged a complaint that two persons, Sparding Nongbri (55) and Pherlin Marthong (34) having been sexually assaulting the girl since 2013 and have also threatened her with dire consequences. Police arrested the accused.
