Naga rebel leader’s house raided

SHILLONG: A joint team of the special cell of East Khasi Hills and Arunachal Pradesh police on Monday raided the rented house of a leader of a Naga militant group at Lumdingsoh in Motinagar.
The outfit, Eastern Naga National Government, was formed in January. Police said there was an extortion case against the ENNG in Changlang, Arunachal Pradesh. The outfit demanded money from Valecha, a Mumbai-based road construction company.  A police team from Arunachal Pradesh visited Shillong and along with their counterparts here raided the rented the house of the leader identified as Tosham Musang, who is absconding. Police seized a number of incriminating documents, mobile phones and laptops.
