SHILLONG: The Khasi Students’ Union, 4th Mile, Upper Shillong, organised the Maitshaphrang Academic Awards cum Inter Unit Extempore Speech on December 12.
On the occasion, the KSU felicitated 12 meritorious students who passed their SSLC, CBSE, HSSLC, Bachelor’s degree examinations this year.
Meanwhile, in the extempore speech competition, the KSU’s Umlyngka Unit bagged top honours.
KSU leaders Daniel Khyriem, Kitbok Dkhar, Donald V Thabah and Grace Lanong among others were present on the occasion.
