SHILLONG: Congress member John F Kharshiing has informed that he will seek a party ticket to contest from the 22-Nongkrem Assembly Constituency.
In a statement to the press on Tuesday, he stated that he took the decision after thorough discussion with Nongkrem Block Congress Committee, family and friends.
