A car was parked wrongly in Bhagyakul, Laitumkhrah, near NIT Campus on Saturday. However, when confronted the unapologetic owner of the car behaved rudely with the bystanders despite keeping the traffic stranded for more than an hour. (Contibuted by Andrew Warjri)
