NONGPOH: Based on specific information Meghalaya Police recovered about 50 petrol bombs at Nongpoh at around 7.30 P.M. on Friday. The bombs were kept hidden along the National Highway 6 passing through the township.
The petrol bombs were taken to Nongpoh police station for further investigation. It seems the bombs were kept in the place for a quite sometime as some of the bottles were empty and covered with moss.
