SHILLONG: South Shillong MLA Sanbor Shullai inaugurated the PWD road at Lumdorbar in Upper Lumparing on Saturday. The road was built under the SPA PWD scheme. The project was sanctioned in 2014 at an estimated cost of Rs 50.94 lakh, a press statement released by the Monitoring and Implementation Committee of South Shillong on Sunday said.
