Inauguration
The Jaiaw Umpohliew Bridge and Link Road to Mawlai Phudmawri will be inaugurated by Health Minister & Family Welfare Government of Meghalaya on Saturday at Pearly Dew School, Jaiaw at 11 am.

MSSASA meeting
The meeting of MSSASA Mawthadraishan Block Unit will be held on Saturday at 11:00 am at Dorbar Hall, Nongkasen adjacent to the office of BRC SSA Mawthadraishan Block. The meeting will discuss on DE.ELD talks and issues of 4th teacher and others. The meeting of 4th Teachers of Ribhoi district will be held on the same day at Sajier Hall, Nongpoh at 11:00 am.

Teachers’ meet
The Meghalaya Upper Primary School Teachers Association (MUPSTA), East Khasi Hills district will hold its general meeting on the August 12 at St. Mary’s L.P. School at 11:00 am. The meeting will give a brief report regarding agitational programmes taken by the association for the last three years. New office bearers will also elected during the meeting.

General meeting
The Shillong-based Tourist Taxi Owners & Drivers of petrol operated vehicles will hold its general meeting at the Hotel Grace, Jail Road on August 7 at 10:30 am.
