NONGSTOIN: A decomposed body of a man without his head and feet severed was found lying in a gorge near PWD Road at Nongchram Ading village on Wednesday, police said.
Police sources said a case has been registered under Shallang police station under Sections 364/302/201 IPC. A post mortem examination was also done.
The police are investigating the case even as people suspect it might be a case of abduction and murder.
