Coal owner, driver held

SHILLONG: Based on information about possible illegal digging of coal   taking place at Skhentalang and adjoining areas Amlarem Sub Division, Police on Thursday around 2.30 AM conducted check and seized a coal-laden truck.  The truck was about to move out to transport the illegal coal. Owner of the contraband coal, Iaijanshame Dhar (28) and driver Sebastien Lamarr (28)  have been arrested and are currently at Amlarem police station. A case under has been registered.
