SHILLONG: Politicians never retire, they only fade away, was what Deputy Chief Minister RC Laloo had to say when asked on speculations that he may not contest elections.
He refused to divulge much on the matter but told reporters that though he has conveyed the decision to the Chief Minister Mukul Sangma of not contesting elections, he has to take his supporters into confidence.
“I will tell you. Why do you want to know in a hurry?” he added.
