Lajong beat Rangdajied 4-2

SHILLONG: Shillong Lajong displayed a stunning performance in the second half and came from behind to register a 4-2 victory over Rangdajied United in the Shillong Premier League at the JN Stadium in Shillong. Rangdajied started off the first half on the front foot and took the lead early in the 6th minute through A. Z. Mawthoh from open play. Despite conceding early. Lajong boys were patient and controlled possession, slowly building their attacking strategy.  It was only in the second half that Lajong eventually equalised when the referee awarded a penalty and Sheen Sohktung stepped up for Lajong to level the score in the 52nd minute. However, Rangdajied United regained their lead after a defensive lapse from Lajong as S. Nongrum. Lajong next play on September10 against Nangkiew Irat.
