SHILLONG: Police on Sunday apprehended one person and recovered 321 used syringes along with 9.18 grams of yellow powder.
A complaint was lodged that on September 16 around 4 pm, Shanborlang Khongwir of Riatsamthiah, Block-IV, Shillong was apprehended.
) The police recovered Rs. 5,870 cash, two cell-phones, one plastic packet with 9.18 grams of yellowish / orange powder, six empty soap cases, nine empty Golden tobacco containers and 321 used syringes.
